dc.description.abstract Various devices and systems have been identified for the usage of blind people which can helps to travel safely and efficiently. These systems are based on the ultra sonic sound transmission and reception techniques to determine the distance between blind people and objects along the path of the blind people while they are walking. But most of the time these systems are having limitations and most blind people do not prefer to use the existing systems, because of the sound which is produced by the device. The project looks at solving these issues by proposing with several advantages will be given for the blind people than the existing system to identify the distance to object and relative velocity of the object along the path of the blind people. According to that, a voice will be produced to mention the distance to the object and relative velocity of the object along the path of the blind people by this device. According to that, blind can understand actual distance to the object and whether the object is coming towards to him or going away from him. en_US
